Weapon of Choice/Martial Arts Training: If Layne could choose what weapon he could use it would be some type of blade but that isn't always available so he makes do with whatever is around.
Special Ability: Short time travel although he has no control over it and it only lasts a short time, bringing him back to the exact spot he was before time traveling making it so that it doesn't look like he moved.
Mental and/or Physical Disabilities: Schizophrenia, a complex mental disorder that makes it difficult to tell the difference between real and unreal experiences; think logically; have normal emotional responses, and behave normally in social situations. For the most part this is true, sometimes Layne gets a little out of control but the spastic time travel doesn't help.
Phobia(s): Arachnophobia- fear of spiders

Personality: He always tries to start relationships off the right way, making eye contact and asking how they were, what they did that day, so on and so forth, but it always ends up horribly. It's just that Layne is simply all over the place, moving topics at a quick pace before thinking everything through. You might say that Layne is impulsive, and he is, but you really have to be patient and go with his fast paced questioning.
History: Layne lives day to day, trying to forget what happened the previous day because if he didn't it would just get complicated because of the time travel. He does his little trick at least three times a day and it becomes difficult to tell what happened /that/ day.
